I am a fifteen-year-old student on my journey of changing the way I eat to improve my life.
Through My Nutrition Meter, I will give you all facts and tips on how to live a healthier life that I come across. My goal is to educate many teenagers and children on being aware of how what they eat will impact their future. However, parents also play an important role in creating an environment that allows children and teens to follow a healthy eating practice.

When I started to improve my diet by eating more fruits and vegetables, I found it very challenging. However, the more I ate, the more I started enjoying them. Eating vegetables allowed me to start disliking some unhealthy foods, which made it easier for me to stay away from them. After a few weeks, the vegetables I ate started making a difference! My skin started to look better, my headaches decreased and I started to have a lot of energy!

It is shocking to see how many people in the world are suffering from malnutrition, obesity, and diabetes. Reading my blog will help you take steps to ensure that you continue to build the foundation of your life at this age so that you can live your life to the fullest.
