Many people who go through sudden hair loss panic and immediately start taking medications. Although some medications can improve some people's situations, they can cause many different side effects that are not physically seen. So, the safest way to improve the state of your hair is by changing your diet.

Hair is made of protein. All nutrients contribute to keeping our bodies healthy, but protein helps the body repair, replace, or grow not only hair but also, bones, skin, and muscles. Vegetarians and Vegans can easily consume the proper amount of protein by consuming enough legumes and specific vegetables daily. Dietary protein is found in many foods including,

- many types of meat

- kale

- mushrooms

- legumes

People who don’t get enough protein in their diets, will slow the rate of new hair growth and overtime observe how their hair.

Iron helps red blood cells carry oxygen which stops the body from experiencing weakness, fatigue and hair loss. There are many foods with Iron including,

- shrimp

- egg yolks

- tofu

Iron does not only help improve the condition of your hair, but also it helps helps your body stay energized and keeps you feeling extraordinary.

One of the most important vitamins for healthy hair is Vitamin C. It makes sure that red blood cells can carry oxygen to hair follicles. Vitamin C also helps form the structural

that keep our body in one place. Some Vitamin C filled foods are,

- papaya - kidney beans

- kale

- brussel sprouts

Apart from these nutrients, there are many more minerals and nutrients that help improve hair growth, these are just the most important ones. By eating foods healthy foods like these daily, you will be able to vastly improve the condition of your hair within one year.
