Sin Azucar, or "without sugar," is a photographic project from Spanish photographer Antonio Rodríguez Estrada. Estrada takes packaged foods and photographs them alongside the amount of sugar they contain. Results are surprising. You can see pictures here on his website. http://www.sinazucar.org/
This is a revelation to me and I couldn't wait to share this with all of you. I thought I was fine with drinking just plain milk or Almond milk (without added sugar), but to know that even bread, pizza and most other processed food we eat also have lots of sugar is shocking. The pictures are very good and must see. Let me know what you think about them.
I agree with the writer of this article that the best thing is to reduce the intake of savory, processed food and go for whole foods. Also, assume that any food or drink that has been prepared for your convenience has also been pumped full of sugar
This keeps me thinking hmm... what am I going to do to fix this in my and other’s life.
