Transform Your Vegetables Through Spiralizer

One month ago, my family ordered a new kitchen tool called Spiralizer. It makes spaghetti out of raw vegetables such as zucchini, carrots, beets, turnips and some other vegetables. I find it difficult to eat many of these vegetables raw but the Spiralizer makes them super easy to eat. In the beginning, I could not believe that strung up raw zucchini could taste like regular spaghetti, but when I tried it, I was surprised by the wonderful taste. This way, the carbs you consume by eating regular spaghetti, can be replaced with raw, healthy vegetables. The Spiralizer makes unbelievably good tasting vegetable strings that when made with a proper recipe, taste just as good as regular spaghetti.
During my research, I have read a lot on why all types of spaghetti should be avoided (especially white) because it is processed and filled with unhealthy carbs and many chemicals. For the past month, we have been using this tool regularly at our home, even though I still take regular spaghetti for lunch. This way, I have been able to reduce my dependence on processed spaghetti.
Recently, I have started to see many healthy spaghetti's including, multigrain, egg and more at grocery stores. Although these are definitely healthier than the white spaghetti many people have been having, they are still processed. It is a much healthier choice to use a Spiralizer to turn your raw vegetables into spaghetti.
In December, my cousin visited me for a week and I was excited to make vegetable spaghetti for her. Sadly, we were busy traveling and ended up eating outside in many restaurants instead. Hopefully, on her next visit, I can share this healthy meal with her.
I hope that you also order this Spiralizer and enjoy a healthier spaghetti and share your opinion with the community.
