Broccoli noodles with Tofu Scramble - Spiralizer Recipe

To take my spiralizer theme further, I would like to share a excellent recipe with all of you. We tried this at home today at lunch but did some improvisation since we did not have thick broccoli stems. Some of you may be shocked by the name broccoli stem noodles. I tried them last month and they were wonderful!

Today, my family substituted broccoli stems with Zucchini and Cucumber noodles, which were just as healthy and delicious. On top of these noodles, sprinkled tofu scramble. We also sauteed some broccoli with olive oil and garlic to make sure we were still getting some of this nutritious green vegetable in our meal.

The effect is seen in the picture, great to look and great to eat. Look at the nutritional value of the this meal!
