During the past three weeks I have tried this at home a couple of times. I have also been reading on how processed foods like pasta and spaghetti must be avoided. My parents are huge Costco fans that bring home new type of food most of the time they go. Recently they brought Organic Edamame Spaghetti home, I was disgusted. I have never enjoyed eating edamame.
However, my blogger mind is changing me too. I looked at the nutrition facts and learned that this spaghetti was only made out of two ingredients, organic green edamame and water. Although I did not enjoy looking at this food, I decided to give it a try because of how healthy it is.
This spaghetti is a much healthier than the ones most of us have been eating. Although it will take some time for me to fully change my taste buds to begin enjoying this form of spaghetti, I will take small steps towards that goal and I hope you will join me.

As you can see, the Edamame Spaghetti is full of Vitamin C, Calcium and Iron while the White Spaghetti is full of carbs. It is definitely a better option to replace the unhealthy spaghetti we eat, with a healthier one.
