Recently, I created a survey that I asked my friends to complete to help me gain more information on the eating habits of teens. The screenshots below are data for two out of the seven surveys i conducted.

The results for this survey really surprised me. It was surprising to find that 25% of my friends were not sure what the U.S (or Canadian) food guide is. I think that it is very important to know what your countries food guide is so that you are aware of what you should be eating in a day in order to be healthy. These food guides give you an outline for the amount of protein, carbs, vegetables and fruits someone should eat in order to live a long and healthy life. I will link the food guides for both of the countries down below.

The results of this survey did not surprised me. The fact that 40% of my friends look at the nutritional value of what they eat every meal or at least once in a day made me very happy. Although 28% of my friends never look at the nutritional value of their meals, that can easily be changed. Once this habit is created, they will see how their entire life will change for the better.
