From Your Lips To Your Hips

Fat is an appetite stimulate. This means that the more you eat, whether it is dairy fat, chicken fat, vegetable oil or olive oil, you will be wanting more. Usually, people eat these fats as well as carbohydrates.
The body naturally burns away twenty-three percent of the calories you consume through carbohydrates. Once it turns the glucose into regular fat, it is very easy for the body to perform the last step which is converting it into body fat.
The body digests fat even worse. "One hundred calories of ingested fat can be converted to ninety-seven calories of body fat, burning a measly three calories." As you can see, the majority of the unhealthy food you eat stays in your body until the decision is made to exercise.
The body fat that is in your hips is very similar to the fat that we eat. It is so similar that research scientists claim that if they perform a biopsy of your hip, they can tell you where the fat originally came from! This means that the fat on your plate is now under your skin. This brings meaning to the statement, "from your lips to your hips".
Some people are blessed with a high metabolism which allows them remain thin despite eating a lot of fat. Although they do not look obese or overweight, they can still be unhealthy.
As I said in my last post, appetite is controlled by the fiber, nutritional value and caloric density of the foods you eat. The stomach can store around one liter of food inside of it. This can be filled in a healthy way through eating vegetables, fruits and beans. The two best types of foods that can make you feel full with the least amount of calories are, green vegetables and lentils.
I encourage you all to investigate this further even though I will continue to share my what I learn. I look forward to hearing the stories of how you have been able to reduce your fat intake.
