I have been trying veggie bowls recently and I liked this one so I thought of sharing it with all of you. It is very tasty and is filled with nutrients through roasted vegetables and chickpeas. I also replaced the rice with quinoa to make it even healthier. If you do not enjoy some of the ingredients in this recipe, you can always look online for others that are equally nutritious.
