While looking through some comments in my Facebook group, I came to know about Doctor Michael Klaper. He is a renowned clinician, talented teacher, and a speaker on diet and health. He has more than 40 years of experience and is a leading educator for plant-based nutrition and integrative medicine.
I came across this video on his website called "Dairy Doubts", where he talks about all the benefits of not consuming dairy. This would not only make your body healthier but also stop cows from being abused all over the world. Cows are genetically modified to keep providing milk, even when pregnant, this mixed other chemicals make the milk we drink filled with many things that could harm our health. Even without all these chemicals, dairy only provides us with Calcium and a lot of fat. It is easy to get more than enough Calcium through eating vegetables and fruits like Oranges and Rhubarb.
Honestly, I only watched the first 10 min of this 45 min video and it had such an impact on me already that I decided to write about it. I drink Almond milk but eat cheese and other milk products. I could write this as I am going to school late today as I have an orthodontist appointment. Watch this video and let me know your thoughts. Lets discuss and decide whats best for all of us.
I have to rush to school now but I am planning to finish this video once I come back home.
