My score card with Detox

Last 2-3 weeks have been incredibly busy with DECA business program. I participated in two even (Role Play and Business operations plan) and won a spot in both for next round at California state level. I am sure you would be following good healthy eating habits😊 I am trying too.

I evaluated these five options and here is my scorecard. While you read this think and respond on how did you do in the last 2-3 weeks. 1. Cut the sugar: I am doing much better than before. Chocolate in a day is still essential for me to but sugar from processed food like cookies etc. is 75% reduced. No sugary drinks, or even breakfast cereals. I, however, have started eating guilt and sugar-free pancakes (shhhh...this recipe is for next blog) 2. Check your fiber: I am doing excellent on this. Raw carrots, salads, etc. daily and yes! Even for lunch is now a regular salad. 3. Drink More Water: I am doing very bad here. In fact struggling. I think I am drinking 25% of water compared to my daily requirement 4. Explore fermented foods: Not at all except that my salad bowl today had Kimchi and chickpeas. 5. Eat more plants: I excel in this one too. 100% marks! I ask you all to share how you have been doing in the last 2-3 weeks.
