Puesto - San Diego

In my recent visit to San Diego, my dad and I tried the new restaurant named Puesto. I was very pleased to see that they are opening a franchise in Santa Clara. This restaurant was very vegan and vegetarian friendly as they had a full Vegan menu (with options to add on cheese). These meals were very healthy and had minimal carbohydrates and fats.

I have noticed that many restaurants are now offering a separate menu for vegetarian and vegan meals. This makes me very happy because it makes ordering food at a restaurant alot easier. Also, my dad feels like he is getting the true value of his money when he orders off of a solely vegan menu. Even without a seperate menu, it is still possible to get high quality vegan food at restaurants, it is just more difficult. I hope more restaurants follow in Puesto’s in the future.
