Over the past couple weeks, I have been very busy studying for my AP Stat final which has caused me to be very stressed. This stress resulted in me eating a lot of junk food while studying and refusing to go to the gym more than once a week. A couple days ago I decided that it is time to get back to eating mostly healthy foods and going to the gym three-four times a week again.
Also, I went to an indian restaurant called DOSA in San Fransisco last night for my mom's birthday and ate some tasty indian food including.... Idli fries! They tasted amazing and were a great way to end my two week episode of snacking constantly and eating junk foods.
Everyone has days, or weeks where they are overstressed or are on vacation and forget to eat nutritious foods. That is completely ok, as long as you eat get back on track immediatley after your vacation or period of stress.
Here is a picture of my brunch today. Cut very neatly by my dad. Boiled eggs, Cucumbers, raw cauliflower and an orange!
