HITT FACTORY - My Gym

A couple months ago, I realized that I had not been excersizing, which is a very important part of being healthy. I wanted to find a gym with challenging classes. After trying out a couple gyms, I chose Hitt Factory which has awesome trainers.

They host gym classes that incorporate strength, cardio and kickboxing. My friend Wesley and I have been working out at HITT Factory which has been very effective in helping us become healthier.

This gym provides heart rate monitors based on your body that tells you how hard you are working (in percentages) and how many calories you burn each workout. The percentage of effort is shown on the big screen TV in front of the whole class and mine is always at 80-90%. A moderate workout percentage is 60%-80% so the fact that mine is so high shows that their workouts really challenge me. Since the workouts these coaches give in these classes are so effective, I burn around 800 but sometimes even 1100 each workout.

I have decided to create a HITT series of Vlogs or Podcasts to show how many calories I burned in workouts every week, what did I do and how I felt after each workout. This will also include what I plan to eat when I get home to give my body energized so I can function normally after burning so many calories.
