Cucumber Noodles with Tofu and Himalayan Pink Salt

For lunch today, my dad and I made some cucumber noodles with tofu, onions and green bell pepper. Since this combination was very bland we added some Himalayan Pink Salt, Black Pepper and a tiny bit of Garlic.

It tasted amazing and I enjoyed eating it since it is very nutritious and it has no carbs.
