Post Workout Meal

After my morning workout today, my dad made me this nutritious and wholesome breakfast.
He made a cheela (salty pancake) mixed with half almond flower to cut down the carbs, 2 eggs with minimum salt and some tasty charred kale.
I really enjoyed eating this after working out and I looking forward to more amazing breakfasts like this that are cooked by him. :)
